1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team via email.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During high-volume periods (such as our Eid Sale), processing may take an additional 24–48 hours.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions or courier issues.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email containing your Tracking Number. You can use this number to track your package on our courier partner's website.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery to avoid any inconvenience.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Aura Blessence is responsible for the safety of your order until it reaches your doorstep.

If you receive a package that is damaged or opened, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, please notify us within 24 hours.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your address, city, and phone number before finalizing your order.
